Megan, Joe & I love them too. Michael can't figure out why on Earth we would want to eat leaves. We've already had them twice in the past few weeks. You've just gotta love Artichokes from Costco. They are BIG and much cheaper than the grocery store.
What does Hoss eat then?? ha!!! :)
